No receipts for fines
For every item bought or service rendered a customer is entitled to a VAT receipt.
How is it that local councils do not acknowledge payment of traffic fines which they receive by mail by issuing a receipt?

Don't know about other councils but the last fine I paid at the Paola Local Council I did receive a receipt. This was a few months ago.
