GWU accuses Enemalta of discrimination
The GWU has declared an industrial dispute with Enemalta over what it said was discrimination at the power stations workshop.
The union said a particular group of people chosen by top management was given additional remuneration, creating a precedent and discouraging the other workers in the same section.
It said the decision went completely against the collective agreement.
It has also sought an urgent meeting with the management.
