I refer to the letter Floriana Housing Project Tenders by Charles Borg, chairman of the Housing Authority (October 25).

The chairman never informed me that the authority had approved the issuance of a new call for tenders for the completion of the project.

I was only generically informed by the same person that the project works would continue, and along similar lines by a spokesman for the Housing, Construction and Maintenance Department, well after the tender had been published.

Never was a specific date as regards the continuation and, hopefully, completion of the Triq L-Argotti project ever revealed to me.
