Some people may admire homing pigeons flying freely in the sky and consider the spectacle as beautiful. However there are many silent sufferers because of these disease carriers. A person in the pesticide service aptly considers these flying pests as "sewer rats of the sky". But for the timely diagnosis by our medical consultant, a member of my family would have succumbed to the dreaded illnesses they carry.
