Mr KEVIN ATTARD and Miss JACQUELINE XUEREB
The marriage took place on October 18, at St Bartholmew parish church, Għargħur, between KEVIN, son of Mr and Mrs Paul Attard of St Julian's, and JACKIE, daughter of Mr and Mrs Martin Xuereb of Sliema. Nuptial Mass was celebrated by Fr Hilary Tagliaferro, OSA. The ceremony was witnessed by Mr Joe Buhagiar and Mrs Erika Hili. The duties of best men were carried out by Mr Christian Busuttil and Mr Colin Gregory. The bride was attended by Miss Krista Pace as maid of honour, Miss Kristina Attard, Miss Michela Hili, Miss Kristina Gollcher and Miss Stephanie Xuereb. Mr Paul Attard, Mr Keith Attard, Mr Nicholas Casolani, Mr Anthony D'Amato, Mr Pieter Gollcher, Mr Emil Bonello Ghio, Mr Edward Hili, Mr Trevor Pace and Mr Malcolm Xuereb were ushers. A reception was later held at Palazzo Parisio, Naxxar.

Obituary

FALZON. On October 31, at Mater Dei Hospital, JOSEPHINE, née Schembri, widow of Salvino, aged 87, passed peacefully away comforted by the rites of Holy Church. She leaves to mourn her loss her daughter Anthese and her husband Joe Lautier, her sons Joe and his wife Marie née Chetcuti, Dennis and John, her grandsons Alex and Pamela, Mark and Gabrielle, Anton, Karl, Nikol, Robert and Alan, her brother Frank and his wife Maryanne of USA, her sister Nanette and her husband Dr F.X. Micallef, her sister Agnese, widow of Salvino Zammit, her brother Paul and his wife Alice of Australia, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 8 a.m. for Mosta parish church where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 8.30 a.m., followed by interment at Mosta Cemetery. No flowers by request but donations to Dar tal-Providenza, Siġġiewi, or Radju Marija, Rabat, will be greatly appreciated.
