Tarxien garden in darkness

Enemalta should know that Carmelo Penza Gardens in Tarxien has been in darkness for months.

This small garden is very close to the Tarxien Temples. There is a gazebo which is used by unsavoury characters, vandals and even serves as a hide-out for people who break into parked cars. Action please!
