Public service employees yesterday were instructed by their union to refrain from signing proposals to alter their working hours.

The Union Ħaddiema Magħqudin said proposals have been circulated by department heads to change workers' hours.

UĦM said it objects to this and has called for an urgent meeting with the government and the Management and Personnel Office.
