Last weekend, the Motor Sport Association held its second programme from the 2008 Pasta Poiatti National Championships at the racetrack in Ta' Qali. The varying weather conditions made the racing series more interesting and challenging for the competitors.

Toni Spiteri won the Bangers category ahead of Keith Pelham and Mark Micallef. Christian Galea, on board his Fiat 32, was first in Autocross. Mario Scicluna (Opel) was second and Trevor Muscat (Honda) third. Clayton Camilleri (Suzuki) and Shawn Zarb were the winners in Motocross and Quad Bikes respectively. The next series of racing is scheduled for November 9.
