I think that the Tower Road project, in Sliema, is, if not a first, a rare occasion when works taken in hand by the Works Department have been concluded on time as scheduled before commencement. Congratulations to the ADT, the Works Division and the contractor concerned. Special congratulations must go to the Minister for Resources and Rural Affairs for coordinating the works through his ministry.
