6.30 p.m. The President attends the closing ceremony of the MIASMI General Assembly, conducted by Archbishop Paul Cremona at St John's Co-Cathedral, Valletta.

8 p.m. The President and Mrs Fenech Adami attend the Bartok String Quartet concert, hosted by the Hungarian Ambassador and Mrs Merényi on the National Day of Hungary, at the Mediterranean Conference Centre, Valletta.

Wednesday

10.30 a.m. The President is presented with a donation in aid of the Malta Community Chest Fund, collected by pupils attending Skola Sajf, at the Palace, Valletta.

11.30 a.m. The President, accompanied by Mrs Fenech Adami, receives donations collected during L-Istrina 2007 at the Palace on behalf of the MCCF.

8 p.m. The President and Mrs Fenech Adami attend the Ġieħ Għawdex Award ceremony, organised by Circolo Gozitano at Ta' Ċenċ Hotel, Gozo.

Thursday

9.30 a.m. The President receives the Prime Minister at the Palace, Valletta.

11 a.m. The President is presented with a copy of a new publication entitled Histories of Malta - Confession and Transgressions Vol IX by Judge Giovanni Bonello at the Palace.

Noon The President is presented with the Central Bank of Malta donation by governor Michael C. Bonello, in aid of the MCCF, and with a gold and silver coin at the Palace.

8 p.m. The President and Mrs Fenech Adami attend the 58th anniversary dinner of the Malta Historical Society, at the Fortina Hotel, Tigné.

Friday

10 a.m. Mrs Fenech Adami presides over an MCCF working committee at the Palace, Valletta.

6.30 p.m. The President, accompanied by Mrs Fenech Adami presides over a concert by the St Paul's Choral Society in aid of the MCCF, at St John's Co-Cathedral, Valletta.
