Mistra Heights to open marketing suite

Mistra Heights developers Gemxija Crown Ltd are to open a marketing suite in Tower Road, Sliema, on December 1.

The suite, set on three levels, will be geared to help estate agents understand the wide variety of plans and facilities on offer. Once the first phase of the project is ready, another office on site in Mistra will be opened and the Sliema office will serve as a brand boutique.

"The marketing suite is part of an intensive marketing campaign, planned to establish a strong brand," project consultant Keith Pillow said.

"We want to make sure that the message is truly out in the market-place, creating interest and generating leads."

The suite will be stocked with Mistra Heights' marketing material, including a scale model and all the samples of fabrics to be used for finishes.

The suite has a private meeting room and the shop window will be equipped with an interactive touch screen audio visual display, accessible 24 hours a day.
