Pizza with fresh goats’ cheese, rucola, basil and tomatoes

  • 200g pizza dough
  • 3 fresh goats’ cheese
  • 7 fresh tomatoes
  • 80g fresh basil pesto
  • 1 small bunch fresh basil
  • 1 small bunch fresh rucola
  • olive oil
  • rock salt

Open the pizza dough in a rectangular shape. Smear the surface with the pesto and place the sliced tomatoes next to each other until you cover the surface completely.

Season with the rock salt and bake in a hot oven.

When ready crush the goats’ cheese on the top and sprinkle the rucola leaves and basil leaves.

Season with freshly milled black peppercorns.
