Drug-abusing policemen expelled from force
Two police sergeants and two constables were caught abusing drugs this year. Home Affairs Minister Carmelo Mifsud Bonnici told Parliament they were no longer in the police force and were facing criminal proceedings.

I would add to Joe Cordina's list:
ALL professional drivers of passenger carrying vehicles and Heavy Goods Vehicle drivers.
Additionally, any individual who handles a weapon both professionally and for sport should be tested annually and subject to random testing.

i think that screening for drug use by certain employees should be considered. I would suggest police officers, soldiers, ambulance drivers, and teachers/child carers as a start
