David Beckham's agent is in talks with AC Milan over a loan deal for the Los Angeles Galaxy and England midfielder, Milan chief executive Adriano Galliani was quoted as saying.

"We are talking with his agent but I believe he will arrive for some months on a loan. The team remains intact but Beckham is something else," Galliani told Gazzetta dello Sport's website (www.gazzetta.it).

A Milan spokesman earlier told Reuters nothing was official.
