The European Institute of Education (EIE) recently appointed Robert Farrugia as its general manager. Mr Farrugia joins EIE after nine years heading the Eden Foundation's marketing and fundraising department. He was previously employed at The General Soft Drinks and Lowenbrau Malta Ltd as marketing manager.

Mr Farrugia will also act as personal assistant to the EIE president Antonello Cappitta.
