- 200g sugar
- cacao beans (optional)
- 250ml skimmed milk
- 250g strawberries/raspberries
- juice of half a lemon
Whisk the egg whites and gradually add the sugar until firm peaks form.
Pipe the meringue into approximately 6mm tubes on a baking sheet, and put in a 110°C oven for an hour.
Leave to cool and with a sharpened knife cut equal pieces so that you can form a nest of meringue. Fill in with the desired red fruit.
To make the smoothie just blend the milk with the fruit and finally add the lemon juice.
