Junior Chamber International Malta is synonymous with the high level of training and personal development activities for young individuals in their 20s and 30s. The next training activity - Flirting4Success: Creating Dynamic Relationships - is being conducted by Mel Harris, director of the The Training Tree and national president of JCI Scotland on. This training event will help participants interact fully with others with a sense of enthusiasm and opportunity.

As president of JCI Edinburgh, Ms Harris brought in £40,000 of sponsorship for her local chamber and increased their membership and profile in the local business community leading them to their second and third consecutive win as best local chamber in the world. When asked how, she replied: "With a lot of flirting. It's about building relationships. People engage with people not products and services, therefore, to be interesting to others you have to be interested in them. That is the art of flirting." Ms Harris recently set up The Training Tree as a vehicle to engage some of the best trainers and training organisations with businesses in an effective and easy manner unleashing the ultimate potential of individuals and businesses. More information about the training session is available from Karl Grech on 7905 0478 or e-mail karl.grech@jci.org.mt or visit www.jci.org.mt. Booking is essential.

JCI Malta is affiliated to Junior Chamber International, a worldwide federation of young leaders and entrepreneurs.
