Three held for drug possession
Three persons were arrested last night at vehicle checkpoints mounted by the AFM after they were found in possession of drugs.
Two of the arrested persons were men in their mid-30s and the third was a 16-year old youth.
They were found in possession of syringes, CS-spray, an expired vehicle registration licence, and cannabis resin.
In one of the cases, the car used by one of the detainees had also been reported stolen. The men were handed over to Zabbar police station for further investigation.
