Waiting lists

The number of patients on the waiting lists for various surgical interventions are 1,801 for MRI scan, 305 for anterior cruciate repair, 626 for total hip replacement and 3,545 for knee arthroscopy (cartilage).

Social Policy Minister John Dalli was answering a parliamentary question by Chris Agius (MLP).

And yet Health is one of the 6 pillars which support the PN Vision 2015 for our economy !!! One hopes, indeed prays, that the other 5 are not in the same state.
