Cruelty to animals
Between January and September this year the police started criminal proceedings against four people for cruelty to animals.
Answering a parliamentary question by Noel Farrugia (MLP), Justice Minister Carm Mifsud Bonnici said no separate statistics were kept on acts of vandalism against flowers, plants or trees.
