Malta Property Expo gains momentum

Two weeks since the launch of the Malta Property Expo, more than 40 per cent of the space has already been booked by exhibitors. The first of its kind in Malta, The Malta Property Expo will showcase the best of Maltese and foreign real estate between February 27 and March 1, 2009 at the MFCC in Ta' Qali.

This large-scale event spread over more than 7,000 square metres is expected to boost property sales as developers, estate agents and other stakeholders present their product offerings to a more discerning market in a professional atmosphere.

"We are seeing enormous interest from the trade," said David Grech, Business Development Manager of Duplex Real Estate Branding, the organisers of the Expo. "In fact, most of the larger stands have already been booked and we are now also closing many of the smaller stands."

Apart from a large variety of real estate, innovative products and related displays, The Malta Property Expo will also provide a forum for seminars and presentations from experts in various related fields.

There will also be a large scale property auction, and various other activities guaranteed to make this event a huge success.
