There are 37 favourable recommendations of the Commission Against Injustices, dating back to 1989, that have not been implemented, Prime Minister Lawrence Gonzi told David Agius (PN). The greatest number of cases, 16, date back to 1993.

In one case the recommendation was not implemented on the advice of the Public Service Commission. Nine cases were contested in court, and in 27 cases the recommendations were not implemented for administrative reasons.
