Petition on waste plant rejected

The Petitions Committee of the European Parliament has rejected a petition submitted by Mario Calleja on behalf of the Committee against the Sant'Antnin Recycling Plant.

The committee rejected the petition on the grounds that there was no breach of EU law in this case.

Seems like the case is closed. hopefully, lets carry on Mr Callejja doing some real good things for Marsascala and not fighting political wars. 65 politicians is more than enough for a small country like ours.

How about suggesting a recycling plant next door to the european commission?

Surely it will not breach any eu law there would it?
