Kempinski residences acquire Special Designated Area status

The Kempinski Private Residences complex in San Lawrenz were recently awarded the status of Special Designated Area.

Designed and developed by the Baldacchino Group of Companies, the Kempinski private residences will be managed by the five-star Kempinski Hotel San Lawrenz.

The Kempinski group, which has been associated with impeccable standards and five-star luxury service for over 100 years, has been operating the Kempinski Hotel San Lawrenz for the past seven years.

Noel Attard, the resort's newly appointed general manager, said: "Kempinski is delighted to add these luxury residences to its portfolio of properties.

"It is proof of the group's commitment to Gozo and further strengthens Kempinski's ties with the Maltese islands. Moreover, the addition of these fully serviced homes - the concept being a first for the archipelago - gives added value to Gozo as a destination."

The complex, which welcomed its first guests recently, consists of 60 spacious private residences with a choice of attractive layouts having one, two or three bedrooms. Residents are welcome to utilise all the amenities of the adjacent five-star hotel.
