Adolescent parenting skills course

Aġenzija Sedqa is organising a parenting skills course for parents of adolescents aged between 11 and 16. Sessions will take place every Thursday from October 16 to November 13 between 6 and 8 p.m. at Paul Pace Hall, Sedqa Prevention Services, 5, Braille Street, St Venera. The fee is €10 per person.

Professional staff will deliver lectures on topics such as effective communication between parents and adolescents, peer pressure, sexuality, addictions, and the psychological development of young people. Related educational material will be distributed during the lectures.

Since the course is interactive, only the first 30 applications will be accepted. Child care facilities for children aged between one and 10 will be available.
