On a positive note

'I have written to you in the past as an unsatisfied customer but this time I would like to share my experience as a satisfied customer after a purchase I made a few months ago from the Model Shop in Iklin.

In mid-June I decided to purchase a large inflatable pool from the Model Shop, as Rodrick, the sales assistant, was well versed with all the technical details concerning the pool and its accessories.

Moreover, he was extremely patient during the lengthy explanation he gave me. After filling the pool, I noticed that it leaked slightly.

'I contacted the Model Shop and Rodrick supplied me with a temporary patch. He assured me that come the end of summer, he would replace my pool. In so doing, I wouldn't have to go into the hassle of emptying the old one and refilling the new one.

'I recently took the pool back to the Model Shop and was supplied with a credit note that would entitle me to a new one from the April 2009 shipment. This is excellent customer care and they are sure to have me as a future customer.'

I add my compliments to the Model Shop. Indeed you certainly gave Mr Tedesco excellent service.
