'I wish to share with you a very positive experience I recently had after having referred a complaint to the staff of J.B. Stores, Iklin, Lija.
'Some curtain fabric which I had bought earlier this year had faded quickly, so I took a sample into the store and brought it to the attention of the manager, Joe Xuereb.
'He was extremely helpful and offered to replace the fabric with another of my choice at my convenience. I was very pleasantly surprised at this.
'When I returned to the store at a later date to choose and collect my fabric, Josephine Farrugia was assigned to help me, which she did in a very helpful manner.
'Unfortunately, some miscalculations were made and when I went home I discovered that I had taken more fabric than I had originally bought, and it was suggested that I pay the extra cost.
'However, a few days later I received a telephone call from Mr Xuereb and he told me that I was free to keep all the extra fabric with the compliments of J.B. Stores.
'The result of all this is that I will continue to shop at J.B Stores, happy in the knowledge that I am dealing with a professional and customer-oriented company.'
I take the opportunity to compliment Mr Xuereb and J.B. Stores on taking such an approach with their customers.
