MISCO recently finalised the 2008/2009 issue of the Salaries and Benefits Report.
This report is compiled with the aim of providing senior management with information about the different remuneration packages paid to managerial, executive and other salaried staff in the Maltese Islands.
Compiled over a seven-month period, spanning January to September 2008, the report focuses on salaries and benefits offered in service and manufacturing organisations. It distinguishes between private, government and foreign-owned companies and between companies of different size.
This segmentation of information gives you a better idea of remuneration offered locally, permitting a more accurate positioning of the organisation within the market.
The 45 position titles covered by this study include those of a general manager/managing director, IT manager, HR manager, maintenance manager, operations manager, departmental manager, sales manager, engineer, quality manager, accountant, technical manager, accounts clerk, purchasing manager, sales representative, assistant manager/executive secretary, analyst/programmer, supervisor, clerk storekeeper, shop assistant, lawyer, executive secretary, operator, receptionist, lab analyst, technician, call centre supervisor, financial controller, call centre inbound agent, administration manager, call centre outbound agent, marketing manager and delivery man.
