Sliema beat Hibs, Floriana hammer Marsaxlokk

Floriana 3 - Marsaxlokk 1
Floriana came from a goal down to beat Marsaxlokk 3-1 this afternoon.
Mark Barbara opened the score for Marsaxlokk after a quarter of an hour but Floriana were ahead before the break thanks to goals from Briffa and Anonam.
Anonam scored his second goal deep in injury time.
Sliema 3 - Hibs 2
Sliema kept up their unbeaten run and stopped Hibs from putting clear water between them and the other teams at the top of the Premier league this afternoon with a 3-2 win achieved in injury time.
Christian Calejas opened the score for the Paolites in the 16th minute but Bjedov then scored a goal in either half to put the blues in the lead.
Johnatan Caruana restored the score for Hibs but Daniel Severino scored to give the three points to Sliema in injury time. Hibs remain top of the table with Birkirkara.

I must say that I was not convinced that Stephen Azzopardi would do a good job for the Wanderers when he was appointed coach. But indeed that's what he is doing now. Well done and keep up the good work.
