With reference to your back page report (September 21) regarding Frank Muscat's request for a promised family grave allotment, I find the Social Policy Ministry's comments on Mr Muscat totally out of order.

I have come to know Mr Muscat through various jobs I have carried out in his home.

His contribution to the local media concerning issues such as the awareness of skin/ breast cancer and treatment are very interesting and well researched.

He is sincere, honest and generous.

On the other hand, I do remember going out one Friday evening when a stranger knocked at my door telling me that John Dalli would like to talk to my family as part of his home visits during the campaign. I let him in. Promising to tend to my needs I noticed that he had a notebook full of other requests.

Who are the real pests? I'll let your readers decide.
