The Happy Paws charity launched a new clinic in Marsa yesterday evening, catering specifically for stray dogs and cats.

The organisation was founded in 2005 with the aim of raising funds to neuter strays. It then opened two charity shops, one in San Ġwann and another in St Paul's Bay.

The shops work through a voucher system: People can purchase items in exchange for vouchers that can then be used at veterinarians in order to neuter their pets.

The new clinic is located at 41, Cross Road. Opening hours are: Monday to Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m.

The services are only available to members who possess a valid membership card.
