The Malta FA yesterday announced two changes in the BOV Premier League's five-match programme for the coming weekend.
The match between Hibernians and Sliema Wanderers, originally scheduled to take place on Saturday at 6 p.m., will now be played on Sunday at the same time.
Hibs requested that their game against Sliema be put back 24 hours as they have several first-squad players on international duty abroad with the U-17 and U-19 national teams.
The match between Tarxien Rainbows and Ħamrun Spartans, due to have been played on Sunday, has been rescheduled for Saturday at 6 p.m.
A statement by the Malta FA said the fixture changes have been agreed by all four clubs concerned.
Meanwhile, Floriana captain Mauro Brincat was yesterday suspended one match by the MFA Disciplinary Commissioner.
Brincat has been sanctioned after he collected his fourth yellow card in as many league matches during Floriana's 4-1 defeat to Msida St Joseph last weekend.
The former Ħamrun midfielder, who scored Floriana's only goal from a penalty on Sunday, is now ruled out of his side's clash with Marsaxlokk.
Revised programme (National Stadium)
Tomorrow: 7.30 p.m. Birkirkara vs Valletta.
Saturday: 4 p.m. Msida SJ vs Qormi; 6 p.m. Tarxien Rainbows vs Ħamrun Spartans.
Sunday: 4 p.m. Floriana vs Marsaxlokk; 6 p.m. Hibernians vs Sliema Wanderers.
