This is one of the world's foremost accredited rating agencies and every year it publishes a list of 300 medium-sized companies, quoted in the stock exchange, that show the highest growth potential and that are expected to emerge as challengers to the world's leading companies.
The S&P Global Challengers Class of 2008 is diversified over 33 countries and nine different economic sectors. Europe contributes with 90 of the listed companies, of which only 14 belong to the financial sector. Banif is one of them.
