Video: Melita invests in €10m submarine cable to Sicily
Melita is investing €10 million on a new state-of-the-art submarine fibre-optic cable between Malta and Sicily. The cable is due to be commissioned within a year.
The investment was welcomed this morning by IT Minister Austin Gatt , who said this would benefit the Maltese economy, which was increasingly dependant on such links.
