I refer to the letter by Mary Carbonaro entitled Will The Romeo Romano Cats Starve? (September 1).

Stray cats at Romeo Romano Gardens can only be fed by a few authorised persons in the closed area of the garden. These few authorised persons have full access to this part of the garden.

No one, including the latter, can feed stray cats in public areas.

Therefore, I may conclude that Ms Carbonaro's statement is not correct.
