The only sinister thing about that lotto booth is ... that it is situated in a very dangerous place and should be immediately removed!

What is a Lotto Booth doing in the middle of the road and was this car incident related to the shop door fire?

Is this the same lotto booth whose owner has been repeatedly subject of a hold-up? If yes, that lotto booth has something sinister to it!
