For decades now, we had this controversy to build or not to build the national theatre, so this can be a great opportunity to merge these two projects, and produce a prestigious monument, which our city deserves. No need for an EIA. Enough space for the whole collection on one floor, and separate from the theatre.

If the Co-Cathedral Foundation insists that there must be a physical link to the temple, and since they are ready to dig, a working tunnel can be dug out beneath the few metres long Zachary Street, straight to the museum. This tunnel can serve to separate the occasional masses of visitors.

We are so limited for space, that it is useless mentioning the Louvre, Palazzo Pitti in Florence or the Convent in Utrecht, and at the same time leaving ruins close by to be used as a car park. May common sense prevail.
