Duplex REB and MFCC sign Malta Property Expo contract

Duplex Real Estate Branding and the Malta Fairs and Conventions Centre (MFCC) recently signed a collaboration agreement to pave the way for the first Malta Property Expo, which is taking place February 27 to March 1 at the MFCC, Ta' Qali.

The Expo is expected to attract over 100 exhibitors and thousands of visitors.

"We are pleased at the positive response we have received from exhibitors," said Ryan Mallia, sales director of Duplex REB. In fact, in the first week since the launch, more than 25 per cent of the space has been booked and confirmed.

The exhibitors will include estate agents and developers, banks and other government and non-governmental entities.

The agreement with MFCC encompasses lease of the space and a very close collaboration between the two companies in setting up and running the exhibition.

Set up in 2004, Duplex REB offers a range of professional services to developers, owners and estate agents in Malta as well as overseas.

Services include the creation of brands for the sales and promotion of real estate projects, media management and planning, production of collateral, graphic design, 3D CGI designs and walkthroughs to sales training and sales team management.

The company is an active member of the Association of International Property Professionals and actively promotes Malta overseas. The directors of the company have built a close relationship with contacts in the UK and Europe, who also help with international promotional efforts and PR campaigns.
