Academy offering computer-based ACCA exam

The Richard Clarke Academy, St Julian's, which specialises in ACCA accountancy training, will be offering all students in Malta their first chance to sit for the internationally respected foundation exams using computers.

This has the advantage of allowing students to take their exams as early as October and November rather than waiting for the usual written exam in December.

The computer-based exam (CBE) also gives the student their result immediately as opposed to the agonising two-month wait associated with the normal written exam.

"Flexibility is CBE's main advantage, and it also offers students the chance to complete their foundation exams quicker and move on towards final qualification up to six months earlier," said academy managing director Richard Clarke.
