Man charged with conspiracy to traffic heroin
Faisal Mohamed Wadi, a 31-year-old Libyan residing in Qormi, was this morning arraigned before Magistrate Joseph Apap Bologna and accused of conspiracy to traffic heroin.
He was also accused of involvement in the importation of 3.5 kilogrammes of heroin.
He pleaded not guilty and was remanded in custody.
Another three people have already been charged with the same offences and are presently under preventive arrest.

If found guilty, he should be deported after serving his sentence and a ban for life from entering Malta again.
Maltese citizens demand nothing less.
