Boxing course

Former world boxing champion Scott Dixon will be delivering a boxing course in one of Cynergi's studios every Tuesday at 7.30 p.m. as from September 30.

Mr Dixon will be hosting the LA Boxing class, where he will be instructing participants on the moves that made him a champ.

Stretching exercises, boxing skills, boxercise sequence, padwork and bagwork are all part of the session as well as skipping, circuit training, abs workout and stretch and cooldown.

Philately meeting

The Bank of Valletta Philately Club will be holding a meeting at the Fatima Sanctuary convent, Guardamangia, near the parish priest's office, today at 6 p.m. Stamp collectors are invited to attend. For enquiries call 7931 5509.
