Frans H. Said can be assured that Buġibba is not unique when it comes to arrogant dog owners.

He should visit the kiosk near Surfside, Sliema, on a Sunday morning to watch the individual who brings his dog with him while having coffee/reading the paper, then holds it on a lead as it tramples the plant bed and uses it as its toilet, right next to the tables!

And talking of kiosks, etc, why do dog owners allow their dogs to bark and yap continuously for the duration of their visit?
