Pantene Hair of the Year winner

Ilona Attard is the winner of the Pantene Hair of the Year Search. Mariosa Caruana placed second and Rachel Gauci placed third during the second edition of the competition.

The final was held at the Hilton's Merkanti Beach Club in St Julian's and was presented by Andrea Cassar. The 12 finalists were voted on their hair, skin, smile and general appearance by a panel of five judges including representatives from Procter and Gamble and from Pantene local importers VJ Salomone Marketing Ltd.

For six weeks, local model scouts Carina and Ben Camille scouted for potential Pantene women at parties, supermarkets and beaches.

Once the finalists were announced, the public voted at www.models.com.mt. Ms Attard will be the face of the next local Pantene advertising campaign. She has also won a year's contract with models.com.mt, a spa weekend for two, a sterling silver lariat with aquamarine crystals and a year's supply of Pantene Full Spectrum Shine.
