Nuptials - Zammit - Mallia

Married recently at Mdina Cathedral were Chantelle Zammit, daughter of Emanuel and Lucia Zammit of Swieqi, and Steve Mallia, son of Maurice and Antonia Mallia of Pembroke.

Nuptial Mass was celebrated by Fr Stefan Attard, Fr Tony Agius and Fr Mudest Gatt. The bride was given away by her parents Emanuel and Lucia Zammit. Josette Mallia, the groom's sister, and Clint Zammit, the bride's brother, witnessed the ceremony. Joseph Mallia and Kevin Zammit were best men.

The bride wore an off-white dress with two veils, and had a bouquet made of white roses. She was attended by Claire Tonna, the bride's cousin, as Maid of Honour. Donovan Mallia the groom's nephew, and Julian Zammit, the bride's brother, were pageboys.

A reception was later held at Palazzo Promontorio.

The couple spent their honeymoon in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Las Vegas. They also took a Western Caribbean cruise and later, visited the Bahamas.
