Wine sales to aid Caravaggio Foundation

Marsovin will be donating a percentage of wine sales to the Caravaggio Foundation.

The money raised will support the foundation's activities, such as the recent study and restoration of The Martyrdom of St Catherine.

Donations will also support the publication of a book on the research findings.

Marketing director Jeremy Cassar presented a cheque to the chairman of the Caravaggio Foundation, Tonio Fenech.

Marsovin's range of Caravaggio wines was launched last year with the aim of promoting quality Maltese wines and Caravaggio's masterpieces.

The range consists of six different wines, five of which are DOK, namely Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Moscato, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Shiraz.
