Skin diver fails to return
A Maltese diver was reported missing by members of his family yesterday after he failed to return from a dive.
The diver is believed to have left Xemxija Bay close to the Beachhaven on board a boat in the morning. Using Go Mobile triangulation, the Armed Forces of Malta pinpointed the boat at 20 metres off Paradise Bay as the man's mobile phone was giving a ringing tone.
On site were the AFM Melita search and rescue launch and divers from the Explosives Ordinance Depot.
