The European Council of Artists (ECA) will be visiting Malta to discuss and finalise arrangements for its annual general meeting in Dublin in November.

The visit of the eight artist delegates from five countries are being hosted by Zararti Cultural Foundation, led by founder-director Narcy Calamatta.

As part of the ECA's activities in Malta, a seminar will be held where Danish folk-singer/composer Pia Raug will discuss intellectual property rights for Maltese composers and authors at Robert Sammut Hall in Floriana, on Friday at 6 p.m. Entrance is free.

The ECA activities will be rounded up on Sunday evening with various performances, poetry readings and visual art.
