Charged with offences near immigrants' centre
A 55-year-old man from Ħal Far was yesterday remanded in custody after he was charged with a string of offences in the vicinity of the immigrants' OIWAS Open Centre in Ħal Far Road.
Joseph Zahra was charged with threatening a person with a firearm and driving a vehicle towards a group of people in the vicinity of the open centre with intent to cause them harm.
He was also charged with threatening and assaulting a police sergeant and constable, disobeying police orders and breaching the public peace.
Mr Zahra was also accused of causing over €1,000 worth of damage to a car close to the open centre.
He pleaded not guilty.
Inspector Priscilla Caruana prosecuted.

We can say no to the authority, but we must first learn how to say it in a CIVILIZED MANNAR
One can demonstrate and condemn the government in whatever one doesn’t agree with or dislike.. However one should never use any sort of violence. One must not use any verbal or written hatred sentiments to any body, this of course including the immigrants.

This is the beginning people start to take action because the government is doing nothing. This is a desperate situation the emigration is out of control in Malta

Can somebodt tell me how many times Mr. Zahra has been taken to court on similar offences?
