Health and safety committees course

The Foundation for Human Resources Development (FHRD), in collaboration with the Institute of Health and Safety Ltd (IHS), is holding a course on 'Effective Health and Safety Committees' on September 15, from 1.30 to 5 p.m., at the institute's premises at 99 Mill Street, Qormi.

Health and safety committees can contribute greatly to health and safety in the workplace, and also help employers demonstrate that they are complying with their legal obligations to consult with employees on health and safety related matters.

This course is designed to help them function more effectively in a spirit of co-operation for the benefit of employers and employees.
