NGOs Commissioner

The Commissioner for Voluntary Organisations falls under Social Policy Minister John Dalli and not under Education Minister Dolores Cristina, as inadvertently reported in The Times yesterday. The error is regretted.

Can the Commissioner for Voluntary Organisations make application for recognition simple?
Why do we have to download a form in pdf format longer than 14 pages just to make a simple registration without any immediate benefits?
Can the form be in word format so it is filled on pc rather than by hand?

let us make our life simpler...do not need to brussels all the time. we seem to have lost our identity.
